These studios 40 m2 (including balcony/terrace), are equipped with all the facilities you may require.They are combined bed-sitters with a reception hall, two single beds, a bedside table, two lamps, wardrobe, a pleasant sitting room with a sofa-bed, coffee table, dining table and chairs. The sofa-bed is next to the terrace creating a cosy zone.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, two cooking rings, kettle, coffee pot, toaster, cutlery and crockery.
For your comfort and needs, the studios also provide:
- An ample wardrobe
- Safe (pay)
A bathroom complete with bath/shower, handbasin, toilet, bidet and a mirror.
The balcony/terrace is furnished with table and chairs, providing views of the beautiful gardens or swimming pool, and is, without doubt, the perfect place to enjoy breakfast or have drinks.
Our studios permit a maximum occupation of 3 adults or 2 adult and 1 child.
