These studios 31 m2 with 17 m2private garden, are equipped with all the facilities you may require. They are combined bed-sitters with a reception hall, two single beds, a bedside table, two lamps, wardrobe, a pleasant sitting room with a sofa-bed, coffee table, dining table and chairs. The sofa-bed is next to the garden creating a cosy zone.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, two cooking rings, kettle, coffee pot, toaster, cutlery and crockery.
For your comfort and needs, the studios also provide:
- An ample wardrobe
- Safe (pay)
A bathroom complete with bath/shower, handbasin, toilet, bidet and a mirror.
All the private gardens are furnished with two sun beds, table and chairs and are, without doubt, the perfect place to enjoy breakfast or have drinks.
Our studios permit a maximum occupation of 3 adults or 2 adult and 1 child.
