The complex is made up of comfortable studios (39 m2 including balcony) equipped with all the utensils you may require. They are combined bed-sitters with two single beds, a pleasant sitting room with a sofa-bed, coffee table, dining table and chairs, a cupboard and TV.
Kitchenette with fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee pot, 2 ringed electric hot plate, cutlery and crockery.
For your comfort and needs, the studios also provide:
- TV-Sat.
- Fire alarm system.
- Ample wardrobe.
- Direct dial telephone.
- Safe (pay).
- Work top.
A bathroom complete with bath/shower, handbasin, toilet and a large mirror.
All the studios have a furnished balcony where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the swimming pool and garden, a perfect spot for breakfast or drinks.
Our studios permit a maximum occupation of 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.
